Our client (Safari Company) is looking for a creative, independent, dynamic, enthusiastic, service driven team player to join their team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Reservations Manager. We have a few positions available .

Requirements

• 3-5 years previous tour consulting experience required.
• A passion for delivering service excellence.
• A good knowledge on South Africa, Southern and Eastern Africa.
• In-depth knowledge of Tourplan reservations system, added advantage
• Willingness and an aptitude to learn.
• Desire to create high satisfaction levels by being service driven.
• The ability to identify new establishments and therefor creating exciting experiences.
• Problem Solver
• Knowledge on sales processes and methodologies that can be used.
• Understanding of how business works and how decisions can have an impact on turnover etc.
• Identifying different markets, data analysis and making sound business decisions.
• Having either previous work experience or comprehensive exposure to Tourplan, ESS, Ms Office and WETU.
• Understanding of travel industry
